8/9 Back to Newburgh. I had slept terribly and was not able to contribute much driving, and for a while I lay down on the back bench of the Jeep. That’s very bumpy. It requires a great deal of trust that your partner is driving just as reasonably as always, even though to you it feels like a roller coaster that does not quite meet safety standards.
