I myself haven’t changed at all over the decades, I still look like someone around thirty. But the others are getting younger and younger. How can you be in the National Guard with such a kid’s face?

I play the piano from three directions now. There’s the improvising, the center, where things can get magical if it goes well. Otherwise it’s the same stuff all the time. I’m also trying to learn theory, chord progressions, resolutions. And finally, music reading, finger exercises, etudes. The three directions almost don’t meet yet. I hope all of this will get me somewhere, but I’m doing it on spec.
